We think having fun while cooking is foremost.

That’s how Pit Master Jonathan Shaw, created this perfect spice for chicken.  Apply liberally and cook over the heat of a grill or indirectly in a wood fire smoker.  You can even make it in the oven if that makes you happy.  Times was always vary, but be sure the internal temperature of poultry reaches 165 degrees.
