• 2 strips Candied Bacon (each 1 oz.)
• 2 packs Guacamole (each 2 oz.)
• 1 bottle Clucker Sauce (12 oz.)

“Brother-In-Law” Chopped Brisket & Hot Links Sandwich Kit (Makes 2)

• Chopped Brisket (5.5 oz.)
• 2 Hot Links
• 2 Seedless Hamburger Buns (each 3.2 oz.)
• 2 slices American Cheese
• 1 bottle BBQ Sauce (12 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

• This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
• Meats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  
• Sauces can be stored at room temperature and must be refrigerated after opening.
• Hamburger buns can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
• Jalapeño cheddar sourdough buns can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
• Once reheated, meat should not be consumed if it has been left at room temperature for more than 4 hours.

PREPARE:

Mother Clucker Sandwich Kit

• Preheat oven to 350° F.
• Remove Chicken from packaging and place on non-stick baking sheet. Add ¼ cup water to pan. Cover in foil and place in oven.
• Heat until internal temperature is 165° F.
• Unwrap foil and set oven to broil until golden brown.
• Place candied bacon on sheet pan and cover chicken with shredded cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is completely melted.
• Toast Jalapeno Sourdough Buns.
• Add guacamole to bottom bun.
• Add Clucker sauce to top bun.
• Place Candied bacon and optional/ suggested Fried egg on top of chicken.
• Assemble, serve, and enjoy!

Bother in Law Sandwich Kit

• Bring a large stock pot of water to a simmer.
• Place Bag of Chopped Brisket in simmering water 15-18 minutes.
• Sear each side of the hotlink on medium-high heat for 60 seconds or until internal temp has reached 165° F and browning has occurred.* Toast Buns and melt cheese on bottom bun.
• Place Hotlink on bottom bun followed by scoop of Chop Brisket topped.
• Top with Bbq sauce and bun.
• Assemble, serve, and enjoy!
