Stanley’s famous Brother-In-Law just might be the perfect BBQ sandwich! It’s piled with chopped smoky brisket, a grilled butterflied Texas hot link, American cheese, and barbecue sauce!

INCLUDED:

• Chopped Brisket (11 oz.)
• 4 Hot Links
• 4 Seedless Hamburger Buns (each 3.2 oz.)
• 4 slices American Cheese
• 1 bottle BBQ Sauce (12 oz.)
  

INSTRUCTIONS:

• This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
• Meats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  
• Sauces can be stored at room temperature and must be refrigerated after opening.
• Hamburger buns can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  
• Once reheated, meat should not be consumed if it has been left at room temperature for more than 4 hours.

PREPARE:

• Bring a large stock pot of water to a simmer.
• Place Bag of Chopped Brisket in simmering water 15-18 minutes.
• Sear each side of the hotlink on medium-high heat for 60 seconds or until internal temp has reached 165° F and browning has occurred.
• Toast Buns and melt cheese on bottom bun.
• Place Hotlink on bottom bun followed by scoop of Chop Brisket topped.
• Top with Bbq sauce and bun.
• Assemble, serve, and enjoy!
