Chopped Brisket Sandwich Kit - 4 Pack

Stanley’s famous chopped brisket sandwich is made with slow-smoked brisket that’s been seasoned with just salt and pepper!

INCLUDED:

• Chopped Brisket (1.33 lbs.)
• 4 Seedless Hamburger Buns (each 3.2 oz.)
• 1 bottle BBQ Sauce (12 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

• This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
• Brisket can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  
• Sauces can be stored at room temperature and must be refrigerated after opening.
• Hamburger buns can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
• Once reheated, meat should not be consumed if it has been left at room temperature for more than 4 hours.

PREPARE:

• Bring a large stock pot of water to a simmer.
• Place Bag of Chopped Brisket in simmering water 15-18 minutes.
• Toast Buns.
• Place a scoop of Chop Brisket on bun.
• Top with Bbq sauce and top bun.
• Assemble, serve, and enjoy!
