Stanley’s most legendary sandwich – named “Texas’s Best BBQ Sandwich” by Texas Monthly! To craft their signature Mother Clucker, a jalapeño cheddar sourdough bun is piled high with chicken thigh, candied bacon, guacamole, melted cheddar cheese, and spicy BBQ mayo. Be sure to add a fried egg to complete the dish!
INCLUDED:
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (each 5.3 oz.)
- 4 Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Buns (each 4 oz.)
- 1 package of Sliced Cheddar Cheese (each 2 oz.)
- 4 strips Candied Bacon (each 1 oz.)
- 4 packages Guacamole (each 2 oz.)
- 1 bottle Clucker Sauce (12 oz.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
- Chicken thighs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Sauces can be stored at room temperature and must be refrigerated after opening.
- Jalapeño cheddar sourdough buns can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Once reheated, meat should not be consumed if it has been left at room temperature for more than 4 hours.
PREPARE:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Remove Chicken from packaging and place on non-stick baking sheet. Add ¼ cup water to pan. Cover in foil and place in oven.
- Heat until internal temperature is 165° F.
- Unwrap foil and set oven to broil until golden brown.
- Place candied bacon on sheet pan and cover chicken with shredded cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is completely melted.
- Toast Jalapeno Sourdough Buns.
- Add guacamole to bottom bun.
- Add Clucker sauce to top bun.
- Place Candied bacon and optional/ suggested Fried egg on top of chicken.
- Assemble, serve, and enjoy!
